How to fold an origami dog face

Perfect first model for kids: a triangle, two droopy ears, and a folded nose. Draw the face to finish.

You need: 1 square sheet, any size. Easy, 5 steps, about 3 minutes.

Steps

  1. Make a triangle. Fold the top corner down to meet the bottom corner.
  2. Fold the left ear down. Fold the left corner down at an angle so it hangs like an ear.
  3. Fold the right ear down. Do the same with the right corner.
  4. Fold the nose up. Fold just the front layer's bottom tip up a little to make the nose.
  5. Tuck the back tip. Mountain-fold the back tip behind so the chin is flat.

Woof!

Draw two eyes and colour in the nose.
